My overall experience here was negative. The best way to describe Vercel is the best worst place to work. Massive changes are happening consistently which is normal for a startup but when they impact your role negatively you'd be wise to drink the medicine and shut up or just start packing. Best to play office politics like you're in House of Cards. Enterprise PMF is on its way but still not there and the TAM is scorched from prior reps.Mid Market used to be the best but …GL w/ net new business. AE-SDR IC-Management the organization is filled with great people but everyone watches their own back and it’s a fight for your life every other month with no light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to IC promotion paths across all segments and roles. When you’re new it’s all good when you’re in 6 months plus the desperation and survival starts to creep up. Then you look up at the meat grinder of an org Vercel is.
