Overall, I had good experience at Verizon and it funded early stages of my career but no matter what team I was a part of, none of my leaders took me seriously when it came to promoting. They only would after I left but by that point, I've already uprooted my life and left, there was no turning back.

Great place to work and earn but telecoms is a dying industry. Hard to be taken seriously outside of the industry and these roles will not exist in 10 years.

Worked there for seven years and, honestly, regret leaving. Base pay was above average and commission was fair. Benefits were great and it was not a physically demanding job. Mentally, you could have some rough days but overall was fantastic company to work for.
