Sales have declined, pressure to churn is high and skirting the line to show revenue is practiced and quietly preached. Inbound leads are all but dry and the ordering process has left existing customers pissed. Difficult to upsell because orders are delayed and installations don’t move properly.

It was an okay experience. With higher level management that truly cares about their stores sucess things can go well. Unfortuantely in my situation my district manager handed me keys to a sinking ship and never offered any assistance. Good starter role for someone early on in their sales career.

The quota has been increased significantly over the past 2 years. This plus a change in commission structure basically results in a pay cut without calling it a pay cut.
