Former Employee Saturated red market, no product differentiation, quotas have no basis in reality, no inbound leads, cheating and fraud by number of successful reps, 20-40% of reps hit 100%, extensive busy work and poor system performance, poor customer experience, middle management have no serious impact, no career development opportunities, favoritism, senior leadership out of touch with reality and not willing to speak up out of fear, no quota relief for vacation, unliveable base pay, priorities change based on a sneeze.
