I enjoyed my time at Verizon connect, they gave me a lot of time to grow and offered continuous training, some good some bad. Recent changes have affected some reps including raising performance metrics by 25% and rolling people into pips became the norm. Still some great people that work there and the earning potential is good based on what they sell, however falling behind to competitors and taking too long to innovate/differentiate. Hard to compete when you are also typically more expensive.

The Team I work in is great, and the compensation is competitive. The support of the company is constantly declining. Main Fokus is US, EMEA is not in any Fokus.
