Do not join Verkada if you think this company is going to improve your development as a Sales Rep in any way. The mantra here is to effective build up a pool of glorified BDRs and use your Sales Managers to close the deals. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Was lured in with the “new reps make 100k after going through “Verkademy””. They expect 100 cold calls a day, a test every week (verbal) and a final where you have to remember a script that is 20 minutes long.
