Life changing. Coming from another industry in outside sales, I took a paycut to come to Verkada. After 2 years, I was making as much as I was at the last company. However, I am always happy, feel empowered by my leadership, I see the potential to grow internally, and my work-life balance is the best of any company I’ve worked at to this point.

Very metric focused. You will go over your activity numbers weekly (calls, emails, LI messages, demos, opps, etc.). The Verkademy program is intense and expectations are high to promote.
