Former Employee If you are assigned Sled there is high upside to what you can make as the product is a better fit for sled accounts. Corp you will struggle and still be expected to perform similar to your sled counter parts. Making for interesting office dynamics. Leadership was strong when I first started and has become weaker and weaker as time has went on. Outside manager hires who don’t understand product or process so they are no help. Nepotism is the only way to advance.
