not great, unnatainable quota, very few hit their number, and the ones that do tend to blow it out of the water. It's an absolute chopshop averaging 30% turnover every quarter. Even if you hit your number you can be let go if you're not on the same page as your manager.

If you’re going to take an SDR role, aim for one that has a higher base pay with a comp plan. Recruiting will sell you on the ability to promote within 6 months, which isn’t a reality for everyone.
