My overall experience was good. I would recommend to someone right out of college looking to break into tech, because you can earn an AE role in 6-12 months which is a lot faster than most companies. They also do a great job developing talent and have a great tech stack + internal resources at your fingertips. I also think the in office 5 days/week is a benefit especially early in your career. My only downside was the compensation did not feel on par with the Industry. And you're going to have to grind as you'll need to self-source ~70%+ of your business.

I’m an AE in the SLC office. Verkada is a challenging yet rewarding organization to work for. If you are good at sales, and can drive revenue and manage relationships, you’ll succeed here. In my 8 year sales career I’ve never had a better work life balance. If you’re up for a challenge, this is the place for you.
