Think through how people analytics plays a role in business decisions and applying that knowledge to how large organizations drive company performance. Visier PRO - customers love the solution, it is market leading by a magnitude vs competition. CON - this is not a "must have" yet in budgeting cycles, you have to be a great story teller on applying value to what people analytics can impact.
