SVP of sales leaving the company. Others leaving as well. Outlook doesn't look to hot right now. Onboarding is still a dumpster fire even though management says its getting better. They still clawback even if onboarding completely kills the deal and management just doesn't care.

Fun work culture. Great people. Lots of OG's during my time that got special treatment but we deserved. Weave is a solid company to work for as a whole. PMF is top tier, leadership and culture is top tier. Base is very low and there’s no progression plan to increase.
