Great product, poor leadership. Supposed to be somewhat mature but still feels like a startup. Leadership is very indecisive and lacks accountability. Goals and initiatives constantly change. Culture is going downhill and employee churn is going up. Pricing confuses customers and the enterprise offering isn't well differentiated. Used to be a great place to sell. Now, not so much. Turning more corporate and political by the day.

My overall experience was positive. Strong product market fit and TAM. Webflow suffers from poor middle management and a lack of professional development.
