Current Employee With gen AI on the rise, nobody is paying big money for something like Webflow unless they don't know any better. Leads are down. Training isn't great. And some leaders are putting more effort into to being Linkedin influencers than actually managing their teams. Furthermore, there is a striking lack of diversity - especially within certain segments, seems to almost be an unspoken policy of sorts.
Prepare to work like you've never worked before. Targets are unattainable. But base comp is decent so there's that. Apply if you literally have no other options on the table.
