Current Employee The environment is very different from what is portrayed during interviews. It comes across as passive aggressive and operates with a “sink or swim” mentality. There is essentially no training, and you’re expected to start taking calls right away. Feedback from managers is minimal, and call reviews are AI-generated. Team interaction is very limited, which is somewhat understandable given the remote nature, but still worth noting. There is also little interest from prospects, as Webflow competes against itself with its free version.
I would not recommend working at Webflow unless you’re looking for an “in-between” job while searching for something else. Browse Other Reviews
