The environment is very different from what is portrayed during interviews. It comes across as passive aggressive and operates with a “sink or swim” mentality. There is essentially no training, and you’re expected to start taking calls right away. Feedback from managers is minimal, and call reviews are AI-generated. Team interaction is very limited, which is somewhat understandable given the remote nature, but still worth noting. There is also little interest from prospects, as Webflow competes against itself with its free version. I would not recommend working at Webflow unless you’re looking for an “in-between” job while searching for something else.

Company is continuing to scale and grow, when most companies are treading water and doing layoffs. Strong culture of support, while maintaining high bar for standards and performance. Overall Webflow is emerging into one of the top sales organizations to join at a mid-stage company and would recommend to fellow leaders and IC's.

Pros - good tech stack, good pay, remote Cons - chances of getting promoted to AE extremely low unless you’re a certain type of person, huge prioritization of external hires over internal promotions, definitely play favourites, internal politics are very real.
