Former Employee Was good 2 years ago, the SDR team has seen a massive shift in culture. Spiffs and accelerators are non existent here, if they tell you we have them its a lie.
BDR to SDR or SDR to AE is 95% of the time is not going to happen. SDR and BDR quotas are not reasonable and they've taken away expansion opportunities meaning easy conversions are gone. The quota for MM reps is 24 Sao's a Q and if your AE's are challenging you're screwed.
The reality is 25-30 percent of SDR's will hit quota and 10% of them will be able to do it quarter over quarter, with the planning the org is doing thats only going to get worse.
Great job to work at if its your first tech role, otherwise do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Current Employee It's a good place to work. I recommend it to anyone who's looking
