Webflow today is a far reach from Webflow a year ago, much less several years ago. On a full blown corporate play. You’re either in the inner circle or out of it. If you’re out, best luck. Don’t expect honesty from senior leadership. Inbound leads are nonexistent and everyone is surviving on new products offered from their acquisitions.

Company is continuing to scale and grow, when most companies are treading water and doing layoffs. Strong culture of support, while maintaining high bar for standards and performance. Overall Webflow is emerging into one of the top sales organizations to join at a mid-stage company and would recommend to fellow leaders and IC's.
