Sort of disorganized and scrambling to keep up with the new age of digital banking. Management is being pushed hard from the too, which makes them push even harder on the SDR roles. Training is minimum so you really have to be a self starter and be willing to learn on your own. They need to invest more in modernizing the business.

Western Union feels to be going in a downward trajectory as far as work culture, and revenue success. For the sales team there is too much operational workload, and unrealistic quotas in 2025.

It's better than not having a job. Hard work not enough pay. Tenured folks who are resistant to change. CEO and Head Risk and Compliance Officer openly show disdain for employees and our feedback.
