Current Employee Whatfix is an attractive bet for learning and practicing the 'Customer First' philosophy. The product is still good-to-have and not a must-have. So the inbound leads flow is very low. Culture was good but now it seems to be falling apart because of middle management. The earning potential keeps dropping year-on-year while the targets are increasing steeply. Cost cuttings here have taken the next level in every imaginable way. There's no motivation left on the floor.
