The product market fitment is good as a good enablement tool. The penetration in the existing accounts is limited to 1-2 stakeholders which makes it challenging for expansion.

Whatfix is an attractive bet for learning and practicing the 'Customer First' philosophy. The product is still good-to-have and not a must-have. So the inbound leads flow is very low.
