Is the culture really as toxic and cutthroat as people claim? I've heard people that were otherwise performing well have been fired for inaccurate forecasting. Otherwise the company looks great but curious if the culture is as bad as people claim.

Is Wiz still worth joining?Glassdoor has some very unhappy sales people - is the vibe as toxic as reviewers are making it out to be?
