Current Employee Pros:
-Amazing tech and brilliant product leadership. No company is too small to get leadership support. Very confident and yet humble.
-Incredibly fast Innovation pace. Every quarter there’s game changing innovations being released.
-Solving real customer and industry problems. True open collaboration with customers to focus on top industry trends and challenges.
Cons:
-Sales leadership following outdated playbook. Account list shrinking. Focused on PG visibility instead of customer experience and value realization. Not going to last long. Other companies are protecting their reps 20X Total Addressable Market.
-Below average base and comp plan. Other smaller startups are rewarding top reps with cars, family trips, and more.
-Below average employee well being benefits (gym, education, home office internet, phone, etc)
