Great company and great place to grow your sales career. Base pay is much higher than average as well as over the average OTE compared to other tech companies in the space. You need to work hard and stay organized and motivated to succeed. I am extremely happy here with the pay, culture and the room for growth. Great training is offered and you will have a great resume by having Wiz listed. Highly recommend Wiz

significant account and territory compression. Success in overachieving basically depends on major, oversized lands. The challenge here is each patch only has 2-3 potential land targets that can do this for the number, so if all 3 are refusing to engage/locked in with incumbent, you're in trouble.
