Current Employee At Wiz, promotions basically don’t exist unless you’re one of leadership’s favorites. Hard work and results don’t matter, you will be overlooked again and again if you’re not in the “in crowd.” Recognition is reserved for the same few people, and it’s obvious who gets prioritized.
The company also lacks diversity across the board, especially in leadership, which is almost entirely men. If you’re looking for fair career growth or a place that values all employees equally, Wiz is not it.
