Former Employee My experience started very positively before the company shifted its strategy. The failed execution of the new strategy resulted in poor customer experience, accelerated customer churn and lack of product innovation. New leadership had to be put in place across almost all C-level roles. It has become a sinking ship once all high performers (across all departments) started leaving the company.
