Communication between departments needs work. The product is a bucket of bolts which needs assembly. Nobody hits quota consistently. They have SDRs and marketing but the leads are not qualified. Customers complain about poor implementation.

Leadership has a culture of micromanagement. There’s a free CRM connector for AWS and Azure and many clients would challenge us because they didn’t need the product since there’s already a free version.
