Leadership has a culture of micromanagement. There’s a free CRM connector for AWS and Azure and many clients would challenge us because they didn’t need the product since there’s already a free version.

Feedback overload and humiliation. There are have been grown men humiliated in front of peers to the point of them crying in front of everyone. There’s no demand for this product and no one ever hit quota.
