Former Employee Feedback overload and humiliation. There are have been grown men humiliated in front of peers to the point of them crying in front of everyone. There’s no demand for this product and no one ever hit quota. C-level Leadership will micromanage every bit of your work and people were constantly stressed to the point they wouldn’t eat to take lunch breaks and had to work on weekends on meaningless internal presentations that were disregarded in a few weeks. There were constant layoffs every few weeks and months. The only female manager at the company was the head of HR. Lots of red flags. My biggest regret is not taking the reviews seriously and I urge you to avoid this company like your life depends on it.
