This company is run by the finance department and they have totally eroded a sellers ability to negotiate. Sales management is incompetent and at times unethical on the SMB side. My manager was only focused on metrics and not interested in coaching on deals. The products are good but it’s a shame that there are very few quality salespeople in this organization.
