Former Employee Workwave is a great place to start your sales career. Would not stay past two years. Leadership consists of once great individual contributors but they are not leaders. They do not develop your skills or help with your career goals. Higher ups are all about how to make the sales team look appealing for them to sell the company. Unrealistic goals and expectations for the sales team. Leadership thinks ENT sale cycles are 3-4 weeks when in reality it’s 6-8 MONTHS
