The responsibilities and the job aren’t bad, people will always need payments. Base pay was good on my team but only gets paid quarterly, even though we have monthly quotas? Zero diversity. I am literally the only woman on my team. A lot of growing pains, HR violations, and horrible office culture. Free lunch is nice though!
