Current Employee2.4Jan 24, 2024Good overall, I wouldn’t say that 3pl sales is for the faint of heart. Close ratio is low and prospecting is 95% of the role. However the residual is great and if you do it long term you’ll have a very high income.

However, the product's market fit is weak, and the industry has become highly price-sensitive. Opportunities are limited, and those that do arise often face significant channel conflicts with UPS and other LTL carriers.
