Had a great manager and great team but stay far away if you do no have logistics experience. 3PL is a very difficult sell and 90-95% of your work is prospecting. Commission structure only favors long term employees, you won’t be making good money for a couple of years. With that, base pay is awful for running full sales cycle and onboarding and account manager for first 30 days.
