Uniquely excellent culture. Every company has its challenges but when you develop your core team and focus, the larger organization is very supportive. Mid level and high level.managers are excellent, very supportive and helpful. If you learn how to leverage the vast number of resources and don't try to go it alone, you can be very successful.

Great company, solid training. Leadership on the team was 'entry level' at best and was not appropriate for the space in which I was hired. Sales earnings were completely subjective.
