Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Several sales managers/leaders play politics by blaming SEs for not closing deals. It’s an attempt to mask the incompetence Sales team illustrates. Sales leaders place blockers against SEs to prevent promotions despite beating all metrics. Product team introduces too many vapor features that don’t meet customer needs. Customer feedback during sales conversations go nowhere. Ambiguous sales quota formula makes it impossible for SE/Sales to know why attainment rate is below target. Managers/Directors don’t even know how it works exactly. Not surprised why CRO changes so much. Wrike Integrate and Wrike Analyze are both inadequate and incomplete products. Nobody knows how the formulas work. Integrate is a knee-jerk reaction to competition that lacks product support and leaves customers scratching their heads. I don’t recommend working for Wrike.
