A generally strong product and, when deployed well, impactful to customers. Strategy is a mess. A lack of customer care and obsession, little to no product innovation, and no clear connected strategy have eroded the brand with current customers, analyst firms, and current employees.

Does it make sense to join the Growth Commercial team at Smartsheet as an Account Executive based in the UK, covering the Nordics/Benelux, if I'm looking for a role that offers stability, limited micromanagement, and a realistic opportunity to meet or exceed quota?
