Overall experience was decent. Product is interesting to sell, but upper management was relatively weak making it difficult in the enterprise segment.

Was a 10/10 until covid - Hitting your number was previously based on 70% effort and 30% luck. Had a lot of extras outside of the compensation.

In one of the interview rounds, the recruiter mentioned that there is no ramp period for MidMarket AEs. Anyone know the logic behind this? Does it actually set up the new hire for success? It seems like a super different approach for new hires when compared to other companies.
