Good place to work pay isa little on low side but at this time of the review is a shippers market so getting new clients on the shippers side is rather hard.

The sales organization has constantly shifting targets. Commission is based on year-over-year growth and other rotating targets. Customers are often in decline due to poor service out of your control, which will impact your commission. At the start of the year, sales leaders often saddle you with an albatross to prevent you from hitting goals.
