Xerox has excellent training product and customer sales and retention. The culture was initially very good but took a huge nose dive once Carl Icahn and Darwin Deason took over and started destroying the company. Everything changed. I would imagine if you were interviewing or just starting to work there now they are a wonderful company again.

Training is clicking through PowerPoints and AI produced videos about products. A far stretch from on-site sales training Xerox used to be touted for. This, in addition to lack of managerial support puts reps new to the industry at a disadvantage.

I was in a Production product seller role selling into specific verticals. The compensation is well below market value and success is territory driven.
