Training is clicking through PowerPoints and AI produced videos about products. A far stretch from on-site sales training Xerox used to be touted for. This, in addition to lack of managerial support puts reps new to the industry at a disadvantage.

Pretty good comp plan. Pretty much no leads. The management is good, they don’t micromanage.

I was in a Production product seller role selling into specific verticals. The compensation is well below market value and success is territory driven. Management was toxic and did not always put us in the best position to be successful. Xerox has excellent training product and customer sales and retention. The culture was initially very good but took a huge nose dive once Carl Icahn and Darwin Deason took over and started destroying the company. Everything changed. I would imagine if you were interviewing or just starting to work there now they are a wonderful company again.
