Current Employee Leadership is all over the place, sales managers are non existent. Very saturated market for the solutions we sell. Zero base. All net new business, essentially you are out on the road all day and 9 times out 10 businesses you're pitching to are very comfortable with what they have currently for software and payment processing. No support from your higher ups, at least in my experience. If you are looking for a job where you feel comfortable, run far far away. I have had deals blown up because of lack of support. You're completely out there on your own.
