Poor experience at Xplor so far. Revolving door of talent and management, product and marketing need a lot of work, and sales cycles are long and challenging.

I loved my coworkers and the unlimited pto that I didn’t take advantage of but there were so many layoffs and I did not feel fairly compensated

Xplor will hire anyone, regardless of professional background, for their field services division. What that means is that we had lots of ex-retail, ex-hospitality, ex-service-industry, etc. workers who had little to no previous sales experience.
