Former Employee A very toxic work culture that preaches honest values when selling but celebrates top reps who sell using tactics completely conflicting with the company's values. Top sellers use misleading and deceptive wording to small business owners so that they can sign up for 3+ days ( commission threshold) and then send the account to customer satisfaction to deal with.
Work culture is like high school. Teams work as cliques, and people are consistently gossiping, hooking up, etc.
Very interesting job to have straight out of college.
