Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee i wish the base pay was higher, we have account executive in our title but honestly we wear all the hats, from sdr to ae, we are prospecting, calling, doing discovery calls, qualifying, and closing the sale. this is full sales cycle, so prepare to want to make sales on a regular basis, because collecting only that 37k base pay will not cut it, your ramp period is 9 months, so plenty of time to learn, after ramp, your quota is 20k per month.
