Former Employee2.6Mar 2, 2025better comp the longer you stay at the company. increased commission structure over time
Former Employee4.1Jan 26, 2024Good work culture the pay wasn't that great. Managers arent that great.
Current Employee2.6Oct 21, 2024Many things have changed in my time at Yelp. Most notably the leadership approach has changed and are putting everyone on PIPs each month for various reasons. Even though many are doable they stress and ability to take time off is strained as there is no way to make up for those PIPs if you are not at full steam basically each and every day.

Current Employee2.1Aug 23, 2024Horrible place to work. Boiler room. The benefits are incredible, literally the best I’ve ever seen anywhere, but good god the work is horrible. Nobody wants Yelp ads, everybody hates you just for calling them, and you WILL be fired after enough time. The accounts are overworked and dry af. Terrible pay.
