Current Employee4.7Jun 17, 2025It would be great to have a higher base but it’s better than commission only and the commission structure is great assuming you work hard and are great at what you do. I still believe this base is relatively competitive and you have opportunities to increase your base with tenure.

Current Employee3.1Nov 15, 2024My overall rating was great the first year I joined. However, they did a reorganization and laid people off. At the same time they changed roles which made it harder to hit goal and changed the culture. Went from being great to a mediocre job
