My overall rating was great the first year I joined. However, they did a reorganization and laid people off. At the same time they changed roles which made it harder to hit goal and changed the culture. Went from being great to a mediocre job

Great job to start off with out of college but it seemed that the more tenure you head the more challenging the company made it to achieve success. It seemed to be very clique oriented and if you were not "drinking the cool aide" you got the feeling that you were an outsider

RUN FOR THE HILLS! this company will lie to your face and even as a top performer they will say youre getting "promoted" but that promotion has you giving up a 3k starting bonus that you wouldve earned if you wouldve passed on the "promotion".
