Base 37k for first 6 months then 39k for 6 months, after a year was from start base was $45k. after 2 years, it’s 54k and barely increases from there. Former Employee2.9Nov 21, 2025AE on the software side. Remote and isolating. A cult like feel amongst the top reps, who consistently stayed the same. Very micromanaged. The turnover was almost 100% on my particular team in my time there.
