Former Employee Company is struggling to move away from hardwre only to a solutions oriented company and failing to integrate acquisitions well to foster new opportunities and revenues. They are too much focused on old models and pushing a non-fitting sales motion into the one they know. furthermore their base structure and product- market fit is the best in the business and suited for autonomous growht even thought there are more & more competitors in their field. Good company to work for, although the growth perspectives for new roles are very limited
