I joined Zillow during the latter stages of the pandemic, and my initial eight months were incredibly rewarding. Unfortunately, it all went downhill when Zillow Offers went under. This decline manifested in reduced compensation and a concerning shift in the sale of unethical leads. My decision to leave was driven by a misalignment of my personal morals with the fraudulent activities taking place. It's regrettable that circumstances unfolded this way as I genuinely cherished my role at the company.

They are just in cost cutting mode. Mid markets get paid the same as SMB because of lack of foresight for impact.

employees/coworkers were great, leadership is a nightmare, 0 transparency even though it is one of their core values, they have no idea what theyre doing or how to onboard, train, maintain new employees, kept hiring even though they were struggling only to fire everyone in the new year, change "expectations" every month and use purposely vague language to entrap...Read More
