Ok, dumb question - but what and to who are Zillow sales reps even selling? market data? ads?

Two sides of the house at Zillow: 1) home buying/selling and 2) rentals. Rentals is split into two divisions, single family and multifamily.

You are then selling the advertising to multifamily apartment buildings/management groups etc.

Market data is a piece of it, and will help how you sell. But overall, you are selling the platform as an advertising channel to your customers.

Depends on the org you interview for ! But mostly we are all selling some type of marketing/ advertising solution . Premier agent sells to agents/ brokers. In the Rentals org, we sell to marketing directors and property managers to get their rental communities/ listings onto the network.
